We are doing multiple jobs due to lack of employment and general manager is not supportive or helpful when a conflict arises because he is cooking
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got interviewed by a different GM that has left red lobster and when she was there my experience was exceptional until the Gm came and he was unable to empathize with us even though we are having to do multiple jobs that we were not trained for and is unable to be present when a guest complains
