Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am handling 10-11 shows, I work overtime almost for every show and sometimes weekends are also working. Considering all this my salary should be increased. PS: I have over 16 years of experience.

I consider that the remuneration is very low, since there are many skills and knowledge that you must have to carry out the activities, in addition to the multiple languages that you must know to communicate with the other teams, at least a 50% salary increase is needed.

Undervalued in terms of pay/compensation. I just felt like that I should have received an additional pay since they were adding some new role and responsibilities for me. It is something that I guess would normally what people expects just to give them added motivation on what they're doing.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We seem to have different working practices, styles and ethos depending on the team in question. This means while I enjoy interacting with members of my team, cross-collaboration can be very frustrating as there is sometimes a culture clash.

Being specific I am mentioning about the Marketing Managers. 1. They should priorities the work before sending it to me for designs. 2. They should consider me equal to them. 3. They should value other's ideas/opinions.

The culture of collaboration within our workstream.

Pay attention to honest feedback. New systems should not just be nonchalantly introduced to teams - it has to come from the ground up, since we're dealing with different work systems.
