Regal Entertainment Group Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I'm doing very well with it I have no issues

Review from Operations Dept

Getting free movie tickets is the ONLY reason im still working here but thats changing soon

Employee benefits have slowly improved after they drastically cut them a while back

free tickets, discount should be more since prices are already through the roof it's basically just like paying at the store right down the street with the discount

The free tickets and discounts.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Health benefits are good and cost isn't too high

Getting to watch free movies and half off concessions

Pto, pto, medica 401k thats it

Free movies/popcorn/drinks, and the breakroom.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

They dont pay enough to surpass interest past other basic job companies and definitely dont make growing seemingly worth the effort.

Being valued at all would be great. They pay GMs less than fast food employees

Have managers who do not lie or discriminate. Pay equity from managers down to floor staff.

They make me do three people's jobs at $13 an hour they cut my hours where I'm working 18 hours a week there's no way anybody can survive on that ?

managers who show the most basic respect for everyone regardless of gender or race or ethnicity or appearance

managers who treat me and others like himsn beings, don't call us "hands" or "bodies" managers who don't disrespect people of color. when disrespectful managers are hired people who need the money stop showing up. These managers are so horrible they'd rather have no money

Yes I definitely feel undervalued. The boss above did nothing all day while I was constantly stocking stuff, handling projection issues, helping staff and customers, etc. while he sat around or paced around the lobby complaining about how tired he was and he got paid way more than me.

Review from Customer Success Dept

We used to have much better benefits for the same pay, but now we have less benefits than before while still making minimum wage

Review from Customer Support Dept

Managers don't care about their employees, this is clear from unfair pay and taking away our benefits

Review from Customer Support Dept

Managers do not pay any attention to employees working harder or being more skilled. You do not get raises for working harder, its only based on seniority and popularity. Id like to see a better system for earning better wages.

Review from Operations Dept

Zero benefits as all employees are hired on a part-time under 30 hours per week basis. Considering this is a job that is attractive to people who may need extra consideration for things such as disabilities, it's incredibly unfair that nobody is given the chance for health benefits.

More compensation would be the solution

I had to have surgery wnd they took all my vacation hours for that so I never got to actually have a vacation for myself ever, it was just recovery from a Surgery.

we work long hours and are required to sign a form when we are hired stating that we only want 35 minute breaks instead of 45 when we work 6 hours or more and we only get 15 minute breaks if we work less than 6 hours. sometimes they schedule me for 5..75 hours just so i get a shorter break

Hours cut due to old staff wanting jobs back, sign on bonus NEVER received and when asking management about anything related to pay or hours you are blown off or your questions forgoten.
