My management team and most of my coworkers Chatting with them exchanging work related information and understanding one another

Review from Operations Dept

It's a comfy job, i want it back.

The customers coming in to the facility

My coworkers whom I can confidently say bring me joy every time I see them, and getting to serve customers and help them out and make them happy!

The people I interact with

A job well done, and a perfectly balanced till at the end of the day. A clean work station, and and that wonderful smell of fresh-popped popcorn.

I enjoy interacting with the customers and my teammates

Getting to see little snips of movies i plan on seeing. I do not watch tv or see any previews unless i am at work. Its exciting to see new trailers on the big screen and to plan on watching the whole film later.

Review from Operations Dept

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Actually repairing and reinvesting in the physical venues past mediocre maintenance would be a nice start.

everything (again with the children diddlers)

Prices are insane. People know nowadays that they can sit inside their own homes. What I think they need to do is bring the box office back and bring back some old school things to make it seem like more of a movie experience again because other than that why would they bother coming and spending.

Its unfortunately a dying business. People want to stay home the the offered experience rarely surpasses the home offering.

Have corporate reevaluate their priorities.

Current management needs to be fired/removed. New management needs to be qualified, trained, and vetted. Where is the training program for ANYONE? Actually audit - really audit and not look the other way. Follow up on failures and place the emphasis on management.

Customer is secondary to all else

they complain about all the things we don't have

Out of touch higher ups implimenting terrible ideas that kill efficency and lead to apoligizing to customers for why something isnt done in a way that makes sense or used to work just fine

The prices are too high and customers complain about that a lot.

Review from Customer Success Dept

If they lowered prices people might go more

Any position has been inconvenienced in some way over the recent months due to the takeover of Cineworld

Review from Customer Support Dept

We don't get paid enough to actually care

Review from Customer Support Dept

I work in a horrible and toxic environment.

Review from Customer Support Dept

So many things, I am leaving
