The manager is unprofessional . She yelled at staff and had a terrible attitude.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Manager had her son working at the store not on payroll and when I voiced concern about him doing something incorrectly the manager began targeting me and fired me a week later.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers had an attitude and were not professional . They played loud music all day and spent majority of the day socializing. One of my coworkers would do a full face of make up on the job.
