I have been a member since 2014. Mr. Larry Chatman at the Birmingham store had been VERY NICE TO ME. I have personally furnished 3 homes with rent a center merchandise. QUESTION. Why can't I get the wine cooler I've been trying for 3 months? I've paid off almost EVERY ITEM that I've gotten?
