understanding, I believe one of the best qualities of Rent a Center is fostering a environment of understanding for both the coworker and customer.
I like that when life happens (which happened a lot in the last 3 yrs) my district and store manager were very supportive. Im a kinda cynical person so I think saying they support me is high praise.
They are green, I have only been here for less than 4 yrs but I'm the most experienced in the store, and I think I get taken advantage of because of that, especially in a store who's main problem is turn over.
I like dealing with sales, I like assembling furniture for the showroom, but the last 2 years I have very negative responses from past due customer who threaten me with my lively hood. This interaction has made me very bitter to my outlook at rent a center.
I have worked ina store with a lot of turn over and limited training, and I feel since i have been at the store the longest(stand down manager because I was working 72 hrs a week for 9 month or so, I feel like my training to further strengthen my customer service and sale has been over looked
