Constantly changing, since we were definitely a start up when I joined. Structure has certainly improved since, partly due to my contributions, but there is still definitely a bit of change in regards to what I'm working on any given day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I was paid more, obviously.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open to feedback and genuinely care about the team.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I am able to complete tasks that I'm expected to, without any interruptions or significant changes.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team aspect, everyone is very bought into us succeeding or failing as a team, which is great when everyone has a common goal.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have an amazing group of people who are very welcoming of any questions and always happy to help each other out when we can.
