Discount Tire: Tire rotations, fixing flats, etc are always a no-cost service. Easy to buy tires etc. The problem is they often sell tires on the website that they can't actually get (though other retailers have no problems). When they have the tires I want they have good deals and great service.

Walgreens: Everything is largely standard retail affair, nothing to out of the ordinary for the most part. There seems to be a large disconnect between the company higher ups and the people on the ground. Sometimes making policy changes that make our jobs harder and customer experience worse

S&P Global: I joined S&P Global through a IHSMarkit merger and it is an excellent company. Respectful, caring, deliberate decision making and serious about their people first initiative. Benefits and work/life balance are excellent. Comp isn't top of the market but is very strong.

24 Hour Fitness: Overworked literally would be stuck working 18 hr shifts because people would not show for their shifts at the pool. No breaks 30 mins to eat if that and managers sleeping with staff and spent nice days at the beach. It was really bad. Naked customers (male) coming up to the pool area.
Publix Super Markets: Customer service at the location on Lebanon Rd in Mt Juliet, TN is horrible. I will not pay anyone to be rude to me.
Sedgwick: Consistent, reliable, safe, work life balance
Altice USA: Upon establishing service 2 years ago, I was billed for work (installation of additional cable outlet) that was never performed. Recently, my DVR has been out of service for over a week. Service has not been restored after multiple phone conversations and a service call.

UPS: A job is a job, at UPS you're a disposable number. You'll never here a thank you or job well done. No Christmas parties or company celebrations. Youre expected to be a well oiled machine and work 12 hour days and keep a high perfornce level with no fatigue, a job is a paycheck and that's what it is.

Kroger: Kroger starts, and largely keeps, everyone at part time status. This means a majority of their workforce doesn't receive benefits or regular raises, myself included.

IBM: There have been many times when the workload was painful and devastating to my wellbeing with no management support. In my new role, that is not the case but executive leadership is not trusted and new tracking metrics are unfair. Overall I am content and would not seek a job change at this time.

TeamHealth: I've worked for team health for 10 years. Initially it was great, very good employer. Last few years have been down hill. No salary revisions, in fact CME has been eliminated and they are talking about changing pay structure which feels like code for pay cut.
