Starbucks: I would say in the barista positions only, there is a sense of community in all the chaos and hell that is the workplace. We are all the bottom of the corporate chain, and we stick together.

Sam's Club: The job overall is easy enough but worker accommodations are impossible to get and there is no flexibility at all. Depending on your department you will find yourself standing for hours at a time and on hard concrete without any anti-fatigue mats ad they aren't allowed. Very hard to work with.
Keurig Dr Pepper: Decent place to work. Pay, health/benefits, and 401k are good. Consistent work but need new trucks eventually and communication needs to improve at the Norcross location.

Hyatt: As a trainee, I did not get the training that I wanted when I have applied. But the problem was more from the managers than from the Brand. I think Hyatt is a very nice brand to work with

State Farm Insurance: There are a lot of great people so the co wokers are the one thing i enjoy. The environment of the department is really low due to the level of micromanging & leadership not listening. Great employess leave all of the time due to the culture.
IKEA: IKEA is super big, would appreciate it if you can find a way to make IKEA not a super long walking shop, some ways of easier transportation inside and public chairs for customers to relax would be greatly appreciated.

Walmart: Getting positive feedback from people about my associates. Anytime I get a good compliment it makes all the other negative ones about being short staffed dissappear for a bit. Oh and when the wifi is fast allowing the phones to go faster.
ArcBest: Fantastic culture. They not only talk, but truly live their culture. Great place to start a career. The company seems to grow its leadership.

The Home Depot: THD is a great company to work for, if you are lucky enough to be in a great store. The coworkers you have will either make you or break you.

Pilot Flying J: My Assistant manager is the greatest
Subway: Several people including myself has gotten sick from eating there. Changing expiration dates on all food instead of replacing the food is a really terrible practice and illegal in Texas, as I do hold a Texas food handlers license.
The Home Depot: product availability at a good price. Tool Rental Services.

Clarks: I don't receive any benefits. Higher pay would be great considering we work harder.
