DICK'S Sporting Goods: Training each employee to do their jobs and any other task assigned. Managers are the least trained of any company I've worked for. They have no idea how to turn morale around, maximize the customer experience and are more concerned with the metrics that drive their bonuses than their employees.

Chipotle: When I first started, I was excited. Learning to cook and prepare food fresh and serve it to customers was fantastic. But as time went on, less and less care was given to the stores. Labor was cut, seeing less people on a shift, yet having to do even more than before. It was great, now, not so much.
TTEC: Good leadership but employees, specifically those that are rank and file, are underpaid
Tractor Supply Company: Best part about the compensation package is not only the raises but also getting to see how you are doing on a performance base that way you know how you can further improve yourself.
Chipotle: After working here for over four years, I have personally witnessed the corporate focused nature overtake what Chipotle originally stood for when Steve Ells ran it, Cultivating a better world. Before Brian over took the company the in store moral was much higher, and now it is profit maximization.

TTEC: I have been with the company for over 8 years and i have had the chance to be in different positions. Im always challenged and i love the culture. There are 2 things that could improve 1. dont unpaid internal promotions 2. medical benefits are not what a big company such as TTEC should be proud of.

TTEC: Learning day by day is what I love from TTEC. The opportunities to have new challenges, the friend work environment we found all time, our leaders are fantastic people who makes us feel comfortable, TTEC makes me feel happy and that's what makes people stay with us.
Lumen (formerly CenturyLink): Poorest customer service I've received. No communication. No transparency.
TTEC: It is an excellent work environment and the corporate structure really drives a team mentality working to common goals and putting our clients at the center of all we do
Ross Stores: There is never enough payroll to properly staff the store, even after cutting the entire SPS program. The employees who are dedicated and loyal are drowning. The turnover rate is painfully high. All the best associates leave for a better job. Nothing will change until we get more pay and more hours.
Unilever: I love Unilever. i have been given around 5+ jobs in the last 10 years and every day i learn something from the company! it's one of the best places to grow!
TTEC: The company is great and provides a lot of opportunities. At times we are way too focused on the now vs. future thinking and we lose opportunities because we are not investing in people or our client partners to create opportunities.

TTEC: TTEC is a wonderful company with a lot of opportunities, but I do feel we could be getting paid a lot better. It's not very motivating to be looking for CSR that ge paid more than we do as admin
TTEC: I've been in the company for almost four years, and it's been a good opportunity in my professional career. My team is always willing to help each other, even if we work entirely remotely.
Chipotle: Hired in as an external GM hire. 8 week training was anything but structured. Put into a problem store, with no to little support of FL and TD. A focus on profits before people will never allow us to grow successfully to 7000 stores.
TTEC: I have no team. I work alone.
TTEC: Overall it's a good experience with a decent salary but you have to be aware you are just a replaceable asset to the company.
TTEC: I have been here 3 years now. I started in a very entry level TA role. I have quickly advanced. I feel supported in my career goals. I have a great work life balance-because I am remote.
TTEC: Company needs to look for ways to engage with their employees in better ways. A one size fits most approach is only serving one purpose. The rally teams need to allow increased access without red tape and/or politics.
