That people are finding their best friend within the company. Every new joiner is being welcomed by the whole team real fast.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That leadership is caring about each and every employees well-being. All the manager's approach manage by love with being fair to all workers within the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Definitely the culture of the team. I know that many companies claim is that they are family but here in Ttec you can see this family culture clearly. People from 18 different nationalities becoming one family is something extra-ordinary.
