Fair pay is no longer satisfactoty. This piece rolls ip to rewards and recognition. Competitive market place pay, incentivizes retention and top quality deliverables. Often, many are focused on cutting costs like the new paydhealth, and all other 3rd party medical coordinators. Benefits are a joke
