Shopify: First 2 years were amazing, and I was able to grow as a person in ways I've never imagined possible. It is a great company to work at, the culture is great, and the people are just awesome. The "startup" culture and way of working is long gone though. But it is still a great place.

Pay increases are slow, mismanagement has caused a lot of great people to lose their jobs.
