No two people are alike. Everyone is totally different and its awesome working with different people towards one common goal.
What makes you most happy at work?
A smooth flowing shift with great crew and managers absolutely makes my day. When operations are solid the team is happy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Most employees here feel undervalued. We are expected to do SO MUCH for pay that is not competitive. Food safety, throughput, customer service, etc. is a lot to put on our teams. We need more money if we truly want to retain our team and cultivate a better world.
