Stericycle: Hire new managers that know the company and actually get along with the employees. The employees do not talk to managers they talk to team leaders or older drivers. Don't need 5 supervisors that just go out to lunch or play football in the office every day

VMware: It's the best employer I've ever had - I've been in tech for 20+ years. At VMware I love the people, work ethic for many is top notch, comp is great, and the tech is leading the market.

Compensation is competitive at executive level, mid at the operational management level and minimum wage at the entry level- where most of the employees are.

They also took all incentives and quarterly bonuses away from associates and then ask us to care about the company. They upgraded the base pay but forgot to increase pay for us.
