ADP: I have enjoyed being apart of the ADP family for about 1.5 years. The role provides me lots of work/life balance and I am happy in my day to day.
Stericycle: Hire new managers that know the company and actually get along with the employees. The employees do not talk to managers they talk to team leaders or older drivers. Don't need 5 supervisors that just go out to lunch or play football in the office every day

The ability to grow is very influenced by the site, and I feel I may have been held back at one, but am given the opportunity to work for growth at another. The key is I had the choice to make the change.

Tractor Supply Company: I have worked with Tractor for 7 months and i love it. Just got moved up to team lead and i could not be happier. I am almost 19 and never plan on quitting.
TP: They will do and offer options to retain the employee in the company. For example the account is downsizing they will look for another account for you.

Speedway: I don't get exactly 40 hours so I don't qualify for the benefits I've been working for the company for over 2 years and it's like I am put right underneath eligibility

PNC: I love working for PNC. The bank represents its customers and employees well. There is a lot to look forward to working for PNC- incentive, benefits, promotions, work-life balance etc. so much to learn and grow at PNC. However the pay is moderate and definitly not competitive.

Select Medical: Compensation is unfair and not corelated to performance. The benefits package is extremely below par for industry standard.
Lithia Motors: Actually caring enough to improve instead of keeping up a temporary act to make people happy
Mercer: They're transparent, they care about their employees and they stand by their policies, name and brand.
Spectrum: Knowing that for the first time, i can actually give more at work and I'll be compensated, recognized more
VMware: Its a good company and a great culture, the recent Broadcomm take over of vmware is messing it up
The Home Depot: I enjoy working at Home Depot for for their core values that they regard and value in their work culture as well .
Goodyear: I get to work on interesting projects and feel supported by my teammates. It's a large company, so decisions are made slowly but there are a lot of internal resources to help you do your work.
GardaWorld: nice friendly people and right on top of everything no matter what. Nice company to work with.
VMware: It's the best employer I've ever had - I've been in tech for 20+ years. At VMware I love the people, work ethic for many is top notch, comp is great, and the tech is leading the market.

WIS International: It's a grind. Lip service given to work life balance. In operations, where the money is made, it is tough to plan or enjoy time off. Compensation is competitive at executive level, mid at the operational management level and minimum wage at the entry level- where most of the employees are.
Harris Teeter: Fairly pleasant. I feel like I learn and grow a lot.
Dillard's: The rate of pay that they start you with.

TTEC: for my first work experience I can say that TTEC helped and thought me a lot of things. I can say that I did improve and i learned a lot in this company. I may not be satisfied with the salary I have right, but it still gave me a good experience in terms of work.

TP: Overall the experience is great, even though the application process it is fast moving and you'll get a feedback immediately. Whenever you ask questions someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

Stanley Black & Decker: I have loved working at SBD, been there almost 4.5 years. The main downfall has been I do feel constant fear of layoffs. They have had big rounds of layoffs multiple times a year almost every year. That would be my reason for leaving if I do leave.

Walmart: While combining departments saved the company money, ownership and satisfaction of a department went out the window. They also took all incentives and quarterly bonuses away from associates and then ask us to care about the company. They upgraded the base pay but forgot to increase pay for us.

adidas: If I want something comfortable you got it. If I want something stylish you got it. If I want something to just lay around the house you got it. If I want to match a certain way you have the colors. If I want sandals nothing is more comfortable than cloud foam.
Amazon: I value speed of service.
