Some of they are very approachable and I respect all of them as long as they respect me back and we all know our own boundaries in each other.

The best part about our compensation package is, it is fairly given to us and also the benefits it's all good for me as long as the payment is on time then that is okay.

The best thing about the leadership team is they are responsible to us and also they are very approachable, sometimes when we need a urgent help they approach us and help us immediately to solve the problem quickly
