We work smarter, not harder. Given the fact that salary is not high

They should know how to listen from a rank and file as well. They should not listen to a specific person only. Some suggestions from other employees might help the company to work smarter not harder

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I believe they must re-evaluate the salary of TAs, given the fact that there's a lot of resignation under the department. Also, I think company only focuses on the agents not with the back office personnel
