Relatively happy with pay, product, people, and stability. Think our career advancement is a little slow and pay could be a bit stronger.

they definitely promote DEI and that shows in the hiring

Recruiters should be paid more on performance (larger bonus structure)

Not being commissioned and earning a salary and bonus based on performance
What are some of the best things about your team?
Females, there when you need them but also super autonomous in my day to day
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to have fleixbility to get my job done how I wish. No micromanaging and flexible hours.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are endless opportunities for career progression and many people move into other verticals that they are passionate about (i.e. sales to marketing, etc)
