Long time employee and under paid compared to peers hired in after me with less experience and education. My managers ( with equity adjustments) are making almost as much as me. SOSARS are under water and don't add value to beneft package.
Culture is relative to your direct leadership. Unfortunatly our culture poor right now. It is a culture that does not care about people, has integity isues, snd leads through fear and intimidation. I belive the ELT has great compsny culture, but is not on the same psge as the Restaurant leadershi
