No training, no acknowledgement, over worked and over stretched, no mentorship, no appreciation, no security.
The respect the Koreans have for each other.
We all know how each other feels about their role and LG as a whole.
Coworkers all feel the same way about our management so we can vent to each other.
Recognizing the work of tenured employees. Showing appreciation. Listening. Not talking down to employees.
Leading each individual. Being a mentor to growth. Not just focusing on one or two teams but focusing on every member within their staff.
There is no recognition. No being told "good job". No mentorship or growing passions or strong points. No developing weakness. Nothing is ever good enough.
Listening, applying what we are told, owning their department, assisting new employees, giving feedback on what they don't understand, not relying on others to do the work.
Manager says my role is not meant for work at home and i will have to come back into the office despite my vaccination status, personal fears, positive improvement since working from home.
Nobody has any time to actually go over tasks and expectations. Nobody has time to mentor. Nobody acknowledges a tasks completion or the work employees are putting in. Mass layoffs cause active employees to become scared, depressed, angry, fearful. There is no job security anymore.
My role has changed without the pay increase that goes with the roles (based on general value for what i do in other companies). People within our team got hired on in a higher pay rate despite not having the LG experience, or doing any different of a job than what others do.
