Food lion: Managers need to actively engage their employees. Really focus in on what their employees need and put their needs as people above the job getting done.

Food lion: Better management at the upper store level. Management that isn't biased toward friends and family or previous over the top workers. The Store manager doesn't want to work with you on any store discrepancies unless you are the best employee or is friends.
TP: Overall it's great. Challenges are part of daily experience and business process. I see it as opportunity to learn new things and sharpen my existing skills. I love the management I'm under from the higher leaders to my manager.
Urban Outfitters: They are all very hard workers and they are always there

Applebee's: Having actual daily set plans to work together efficiently. This step is completely skipped, while still operating as if they had a plan and all employees are aware. Instead everyone's blindsided with constant shifting nothing is consistent.
