Overall it's great. Challenges are part of daily experience and business process. I see it as opportunity to learn new things and sharpen my existing skills. I love the management I'm under from the higher leaders to my manager.

Work ethics of majority of my colleagues and management style of my direct manager and leaders above.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Even though we have a good work-life balance, I am doing works or projects that are greatly compensated outside the company. Though I'm taking this as opportunity to learn, the projects are far beyond my pay grade compare to outside opportunities.
