they are nice and caring and they work hard.

They are caring and understanding about our personal life. They also make sure we feel supported.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel like the chance the grow with the company is the best part of the culture, as well as the relationships we can foster with peers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like after my promotion there was no verification to ensure my pay was adequate. I am currently at the same pay as agents are and i feel like there should be some sort of change made so General administrative employees are paid fairly. I was told the pay would change, it has not.
