I've been with TP for for quite some time and yet the yearly increase is just 2%.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
-employees are assured that they will have continous employment as long as they choose to stay with TP
What makes you most happy at work?
When I am able to finish the task assigned to me as well as if I am able to resolve an issue that the customer is calling about.
