Transcom: I have worked in my field for 10 years, my job is constantly telling us how much our department cost the company and fails to raise the wages of their existing employees even though the rate at which they hire new people is almost as high as our tenured people.

Jack's Family Restaurants: I enjoy every aspect of work except being asked how much longer do I have to be there because of ' labor' issues. I only work 15 to 17 hrs a week. If they would stop hiring kids at $13/he then they could free up labor hours for the rest of us that do actually work!

CHG Healthcare: Out of all the companies I've worked for in my career, CHG is where I finally feel comfortable to stay long term - I am challenged in my work, always encouraged to grow, and offered a work/life balance that allows me to focus important time with my family and friends as well.
SPS Commerce: There is a significant discrepancy in compensation. Despite holding the position of Manager II, the current salary does not align with the established pay structure for this role. Compared to US employees, there is a 50% disparity. I hope this issue will be addressed and the salary will be adjusted.
SWCA: Enjoy the company and opportunities I create with others. Not happy that leadership has reneged promotions (4 times in <1 year). Not happy with no support to reach out to as the office has become overly clicky. Happy with Corporate team and other offices and company direction.
CHG Healthcare: I love working at CHG. I often joke they'll have to drag me out of here kicking and screaming if they want to get rid of me! I believe my teams (both individual contributor and leadership teams) care about the success of their teammates and are willing to do what it takes to help one another.
Burg Simpson: There is no transparency, and the leadership communication style is very aggresive.
SPS Commerce: Overall, SPS is a great company to work at. I would love to see an improvement in benefits and compensation so that we can gain that competitive edge in hiring the best, however, I love the environment that I work in and enjoy coming to work everyday.
