We try not to take ourselves too seriously and I typically feel comfortable speaking my mind.

Recognition from my peers and leaders for my efforts on projects that involved some extra effort.

People on my team are always willing to help each other out and we have a very collaborative group.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel that with the recent global inflation, SPS could do more to invest in their employees with improved wages that better reflect today's economic climate.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel that individual contributors should be eligible for bonuses on a regular, recurring basis. Leaders are consistently telling us how great we're doing as a company and praising our record-breaking consecutive quarters of growth but I don't feel that we're fairly rewarded when SPS does well.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

With inflation soaring over the past year, SPS should have given some sort of cost of living increase to its employees. Instead, we were only given our typical merit increases, which were typically less than half the rate of inflation. Retention is important and I feel this should be addressed.
