I feel that individual contributors should be eligible for bonuses on a regular, recurring basis. Leaders are consistently telling us how great we're doing as a company and praising our record-breaking consecutive quarters of growth but I don't feel that we're fairly rewarded when SPS does well.
With inflation soaring over the past year, SPS should have given some sort of cost of living increase to its employees. Instead, we were only given our typical merit increases, which were typically less than half the rate of inflation. Retention is important and I feel this should be addressed.
