So I lirerally just started today and it was absolutely horrible. I walked in there not sure of what to do and they were really rude to me actually. They didnt train me at all which is like the first thing that hapoens when you start a new job. Im half tempted not to go in tomorrow. Train employees!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Nicer employees. Multiple enployees were rude to me and gave me dirty looks and I stood there looking stupid all day becauee I didnt know what to do.
