Nothing really. Some of them are nice but not good at their job and their attitude was pretty bad. I worked for years and all the good people left and so did I.
The health benefits are better than most retail companies and the hourly pay is slightly less than competitors but is way too low in pay for management. No one listens to SPS - literally. When we talk on the radio no one responds not even during actual emergencies when someone brought knife to store
If you're willing to pay your CEO $12,000,000 then be willing to pay your team members at the same hourly rate as Walmart, Target, etc. You opened new stores across the US this year with only 2 cashiers, with high theft & no SPS hired. Try cutting your alertline, not SPS & stock your shelves weekly.
The problem is corporate office down to all levels of management. They need to pay a living wage like their competitors. Stop picking on SPS while letting the rest of the store fall apart in quality. Stop giving SPS a check in and making them call alert line to keep their job when no else has to.
