The team of employees is very good, but the managers need to improve some things.

I believe that not everyone do the same quality of work, so not everybody could have the same salary.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of us has a good , very good customer service, work like a team, always trying to do the best for the store.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They understand that English is not my first language, that I have another full time job, they talked to me the true about the busy seasons.
