My managrrs are super nice but the pay is low. The only thing that makes me stay is how the managers don't fuss about giving us days off and the discount is good

Rising prices is making it harder to make ends meet. The wages are not enough to buy essentials. Plus dealing with non friendly customers is a whole different story
