Pros: Very much enjoy working at Ross! Management is great, get along well with other employees, appreciated and respected all around. Cons: Pay could be better especially with the inconsistent hours being scheduled. Need for security due to theft. Overall, I wourld rate working at Ross a 7.5.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Managers at Ross are always helpful. Whether giving a hand in the stock room or helping cashiers up front during holiday rush. Always offering to help. Furthermore, they take the time to really get to know their employees and let them know they are valued and appreciated.
