I worked at Ross coral ridge Florida during the interview the manager did not ask about my availability, when I told her my availability she only gave me 13 hours a week, and for this week I was supposed to work three days,she texted me I do not have to come to work today.

They never had any meeting

Nobody ever talk to me about the benefits that the store offers

A new management team,this store cleary have good employees but poor management will make anyone leave
What makes you most happy at work?
Basically nothing ,because there's nothing to be excited about I only have 13 hours a week which I did not asked for,
