They punish the hard workers with more work, they dont discipline the people who arent working, call in often, leave their work for others, and they dont take anything serious when you tell them; example, if i told my store manager that sally calls in every friday she works, nothing would be done.

We have fun when we can and joke around a lot. thats it

Hored on the spot but ive seen tiktoks saying thats a red flag

Stock lead is very good, one manager out of 5 is good, but i think thats about it

Working with people who know how to make the place fun but also work at the same time

Communication and leading by example. I cant tell you how many times ive gotten talked to about something i did that i wasnt supposed to do, and what do you know, the managers or supervisors are doing the exact same thing i just got in trouble for
