I enjoy what i do, my only complaint is the poor communication between associates and assistant managers/managers. Everyone have different rules and expectations. I don't feel that we arr a team.

Talk to the customers and help them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its so hard to answer this because i only can think about negative things
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The paid is so unfair. We do so many things non stop, we work in our feets all day and they pay us the minimum.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is non existent. Been a boss is one thing but bean a leader is something that i lot of people don't know how to be.
