What did you like most about the interview process?
Management was friendly and encouraging.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Employees try to keep Positive attitudes but its hard. A lot of negativity. Very toxic place to work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
All they have to do is acknowledge how hard people work and maybe have a Christmas party. They celebrate nothing with their people.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our manager tries so hard to have the necessary employees to work there. We never do though. People quit because they work you so hard.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Care a little for their employees. They have no reward system for people other than if nobody gets hurt on the job they give us chips and candy.
