my coworkers - we can bond about the trials and tribulations of retail and laugh it off.
What are some of the best things about your team?
ASM and AS are friendly, hard working, and encouraging. majority of my coworkers have positive attitudes and make the work day better. i feel comfortable because the majority of the ross workforce are women.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i need more opportunities for raises and more respect from management. i would like to be allowed to leave on time and not guilt tripped or ordered to stay to finish unfinished projects. i would like if my part time counterparts received benefits. i would appreciate a union.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
besides the SM, i get along with everybody and enjoy their company and working with them. i feel good when i complete my SET assignment and the associates are being productive on the registers and salesfloor. i like that my coworkers greet me when i walk in and they're genuinely happy.
