Managers and associates overwork and are dedicated to coming back. Most people leave and don't return.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay should be more comparable to walmart not minimum wage. When people feel overworked and underpaid they do not put in the extra effort. They hardly give any sick time or vacation to their employees. Almost any job at least gives 2 weeks vacation per year and a separate PTO for sick time.
