work with incompetent managers - who have not been trained properly and some pretty awful customers

pretty easy based on my experience level

Better educated - lack of management experience in the stores

not sure how the culture will improve with the current leadership and mindset
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
take care of Store Managers and not take advantage of us since we are exempt.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
bonus structure is not fair - based on too many variables that you can not control.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
worse job I have had. many uninspired workers that don't want to grow with the company - poor time and attendance
