I don't receive anything because I am part time.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team and boss. I work with some amazing people.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our boss is great, he knows that this job can be hard and frustrating. He allows people to grow in rank within the store and respects people's wishes.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The employees at least at my store do our best to keep the area positive. We understand that this isn't an easy job and it takes a lot out of you, which is why we do what we can to support each other.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of us work really well together, especially if you've been there for a longer period of time. I have been working for Ross for 3 years and love my team, but of course from time to time we get that member that doesn't work well with the entire team and it shows.
