What did you like most about the interview process?

Comfortable atmosphere with a strong leader.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Our staff is friendly and works hard to get the job done despite poor management. We no longer have meetings or employee of the month. We seek out information not given to us because of our want to better the store.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Because of our managment I have to say it's a negative work environment; however, the staff we have deserves to be recognized. The people I dont regularly work alongside never miss a beat and are always willing to lend a hand.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I enjoy the double discount periods however, our mark downs all but stops the week before but is dramatically increased the 2/3 weeks before that. It makes the staff feel like merchandise is being pushed out before we can get a discount on it.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Our managers are never in agreement and constantly send us to other managers. Our ASM makes us not want to work at all by making us feel incompetent. I dont know of anyone who wants to work at the store when she is working. Upper management doesnt seem to listen to the staffs complaints.
