What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
everyone is only out to help themselves and if you get in the way, they move you.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
in the summer they don't turn the air on and it gets above 100 degrees easily. and the winter is so cold you have to bundle up.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to work on how they treat their employees and how to talk to them. I would not recommend for anyone to work at Ross, at least in their warehouses!
