Manager should care and stop and ask if there anything they can do or is everything alright.

To be llegal with the paper work. To get paid what I worked for. Harrassed and bullied by co workers.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Human Resources needs to check all the applications and see how bullies are with others because they been there too long.
