Just need a complete revamp. So corrupt and vile. It's like they aren't even human with how little regard the treat their employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better pay. Better treatment. Don't expect 1 person to get the work of 5 people done in less than half the appropriate length of time given.
