It was okay and chill environment until our store changed managers. Then ratings for the store went down.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To get paid more that $11 per hour. Maybe raise it to like $20.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do their best to keep up with the tasks provided by the General Manager.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The diversity of working at Ross and being around people who are pretty chill makes the environment calm.
What makes you most happy at work?
When my coworkers bring food or when id see my favorite coworkers clocking in it makes me happy cause then i dont have to be completely bored.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're able to work together no matter how many people are in the store. I also like that some of us are also capable of working alone as well.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I dont really like interviews in general because it doesnt really show people how we work. Id much rather show people what i can do than to just talk about it.
