It has been an over all pretty good experience up to this point. Things are going smoothly for the most part though I might need to get a second job to pay my bills.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I'm gonna go in there get a lot done. Show everyone that I know what I'm doing and I deserve my pay check
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It would help if they were trained properly or if they were scheduled in such a way that they could be trained properly/ learn to actually work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about the environment is just how friendly everyone tries to be. Being able to have conversations about things that aren't work with coworkers brings a sort of casual attitude to the air.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Again. everything was very casual and I was able to easily relate to the interviewer and when I left the interview I was confident that I had gotten the job before they even called me back.
