Loss prevention is a dangerous job at Ross and deserves more than 11.50 an hour.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Managers that interviewed me were great and there was only 1 interview to be hired
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My previous manager was the best I've ever worked with and my new one is awesome too.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The pay needs to be increased and the hours need to improve. 4 hour shifts are garbage and the minimum should be 6
