Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm in a part time position so I don't get offered any benefits. But I wouldn't say I feel undervalued.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team understands when life happens and sometimes you won't be able to help out as much or come in. Also there isn't any talking behind employees backs.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
When I originally worked there, the management team would always be in their office and pay no attention to the stock team. Now they actively help and are grateful for the work we do! I also get offered optional shift extensions to help out when needed. It's been a really nice experience so far!
