I like what I do. I like organizing and getting things presentable. I have regular customers who I now know by name and look forward to seeing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Unreasonable expectations without an actual idea what goes on in the store. Not flexible or understanding. Been there for two years and the new employees are making the same or more than I am.
