Stores need support to be neat, clean and safe

What are some of the best things about your team?

Just lots of information thrown at you. No real world training. Too much at one time. No checking for comprehension.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Face to face interviews fantastic. Telephone interviews needed clarification of actual questions asked. You call them at set time. They do not call you.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The hourly associates are amazing. Attitudes always positive. Get lots of request for more hours. Associates are very productive but workload is not attainable. Not even enough budge

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Managers are taken for granted. You are salary so they think they own you. Meetings with no lunches. No breaks. Working on average 10-12 hour days. 6 day work weeks. Training is terrible. Look around and find it is a standard answer
